Function keys on the device are used to code specific transactions such as Departments, and our solution does not require an on-site computer to store the hand "templates" as many other solutions dictate.

StaffMetric supports both Ethernet and modem connectivity to the unit.  We also distribute your Employees' hand templates to new job sites using the Internet.  An employee can be assigned to one Client, then be re-assigned to another Client.  We'll push the Employee's biometric template through the Internet to the new job-site before they can arrive!  Upon arrival they are already enrolled on the unit and ready to clock-in.  Three seconds and they're on the clock... and no buddy punching!

Timesheets are displayed online in a patented graphical timesheet dispay reflecting clock-in/break-out/break-in/clock-out "punches" so the Client Manager and Staffing Company can view the exact status of all employees at a moments notice.  We handle your Shifts, Daily Authorization needs, Grace Periods, Rounding rules, and more.  We even manage the hardware installation for you!
