StaffMetric has created a simple but aggressive pricing model to win your business... we want to eliminate any pricing barriers you may have in using our sysytem so we charge for our services the same as you charge for yours; by the hour!  Our goal is to add immediate value to the relationship.

Our synchronization software, aka "SAAM" (StaffMetric's Advanced Accounting Module), and first year of Unlimited Help Desk Support is under $1000 (for up to five Administrators), and your monthly recurring fees are Usage-based so our services scale with your monthly business volumes.  We've provided a pricing calculator for you to project your monthly Usage Fee. 

For regional or national organizations StaffMetric offers corporate rates based on your company's combined hours.  Contact StaffMetric to discuss these volume discounts. 

Our rates include everything in our comprehensive application except third-party hardware, i.e., biometric hand-scanners, you may want to use in your high volume accounts.  We feel that if a feature or function is something your team needs to work more efficiently it can hardly be considered an 'extra'.  So your training, business reports, account setup, messaging, etc... are all included in the monthly service fee.  We don't charge per User, per timesheet, per transaction or by any other metric that doesn't generate revenue for your business.

StaffMetric's monthly fees are based on the number of hours your employees' record on our timesheet system.  This makes it easy for you to build the cost of StaffMetric into each job.  The price per billable hour is based on an algorithm depending on the total number of hours billed in any given month.  At the end of the month your total hours are aggregated and calculated against the rate from our rate table.

For example:  If your Staffing Agency had a total of 16,500 hours for the month (approximately 125 contractors working 132 hours a month), the rate would be .0277 cents per hour. Your total monthly Usage Fees would be $457.00.  That includes all of your Administrators, Employees, Clients, reports, notifications, timesheets, etc ... everything.

Minimums & Trial Period:  There is a minimum monthly charge of $300, or about 10,000 billable hours per month.  If you feel that the StaffMetric's services will not meet your business needs you may cancel the Service Agreement within the first 30 days and never receive a bill from us.  We want to earn your business... it's that simple!
